For over 27 years, Dr. Johnnie has been helping people find relief from neck and back pain. He received his B.S. in Human Biology in 1997 and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1999 from Logan College of Chiropractic. In addition to his chiropractic education, he has advanced training in Primary Spine Care through the University of Pittsburgh. He holds numerous certifications in the evaluation and management of spine disorders, including full-spine certification in Cox Technique - one of the most extensively researched conservative treatments for patients suffering from disc-related spine pain, sciatica, and spinal stenosis.

In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Johnnie spent 15 years as an Associate Professor and faculty clinician at Logan University, where he trained future chiropractic physicians in evidence-based primary spine care. He also helped develop and implement low back pain clinical guidelines that are utilized within Logan and other chiropractic universities nationwide.

Dr. Johnnie is a native of St. Louis, growing up in Bellefontaine Neighbors, and has called O’Fallon home for over twenty years. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, walking his black lab, Gus.
